Fowles Wines’ Stone Dwellers is a sparkling Pinot Noir produced in Victoria’s Strathbogie Ranges, where vineyards sit between 430–550 metres elevation in ancient granite soils. The high-altitude cool-climate conditions preserve the grapes’ natural acidity and delicate fruit character, resulting in a wine with genuine regional distinction.
